Introduction

This Cookie Policy (“Policy”) sets out how Saigon South International School (“we”, “our”, “us”) handles the cookies we collect on our websites. This policy is intended as a long-form cookie policy, forming part of a layered approach, providing website visitors who access our website(s) with information about our use of cookies.  

The Associate Head of School for Finance and Operations is ultimately responsible for data protection and is responsible for approving this Policy.

This Policy applies to all websites owned and operated by Saigon South International School.

In accordance with our Data Incident and Breach Policy and Procedure, we commit to utilizing this Policy to ensure the correct and lawful treatment of personal data and to protect the confidentiality and integrity of personal data. 

In line with Decree 13, we will use this Policy to ensure that when a data security incident is reported, we will quickly establish whether a personal data breach has occurred and, if so, use the Data Incident and Breach Procedure to take steps to address it.

Definitions

General Policy
