Around this time each year, seniors across the globe anxiously refresh their inboxes for responses to their university application. And in that sense, this year is no different.

Between rows of silk, cotton, and colorful beads, our Textile and Fashion students learned invaluable lessons from the experienced merchants at Soai Kinh Lam fabric market in District 5.

It’s nearly 7 pm, and while most middle schoolers have long since headed home, 30 determined students are deep in discussions, representing more than 20 countries.
