Uniforms

Students must wear the approved SSIS uniform to school each day. Exceptions are for special themed days, non-uniform days, or days with house league activities (MS and HS), in which case students will be notified in advance.

All school uniform items should be purchased at our school store. The images below show the specific uniform items to be worn in each division. Click here for further details about the ES Dress Code.

ES

Early Childhood – Grade 3: Beginning in the 2025-2026 school year, EC - Grade 3 students only need to wear the new lightweight, breathable multi-colored PE shirt instead of alternating between two different shirts.
Grades 4 and 5: In the upper elementary, students may wear the royal blue uniform shirt to align with the middle and high school. The light blue shirt may still be worn but will be discontinued over the next two years. We understand that families have already purchased uniforms, so we will have a two-year transition period and begin to phase them out and entirely by the 2027-2028 school year. Grade 4 and 5 students are also encouraged to use the multi-colored breathable PE shirt for PE.

Shoes

Shoes must be closed-toe with a back strap for safety.
No flip-flops or high heels.

Hats

Hats are mandatory for ES outdoor play and PE. MS and HS Students are encouraged to wear hats when outdoors during PE and break times.
Hats and headscarves must be removed indoors (unless worn for religious reasons).
