Booking Parent Teacher Conferences on SchoolsBuddy

How to Sign Up for Parent-Teacher Conferences in SchoolsBuddy

Note: If you do not have a SchoolsBuddy account, please contact our ICT department at ict@ssis.edu.vn. You will not be able to schedule your Parent-Teacher Conference until your account has been activated.

How to Book Your Conference

1. Log in to your SchoolsBuddy account. If you don’t know your password, click Forgotten Password? at the bottom of the screen and follow the instructions.

    

2. On a desktop computer, click the tab: Activities, Clubs & Bookings. 
   On the mobile app, tap Bookings Open. 
3. Select the event “ES Parent-Teacher Conferences” to sign up for your conference.
   Then select your child’s name. 
    
   
    
4. Select a date and time for your conference. 
    
   
    
5. Your selected spot will be reserved for 15 minutes. Click Check availability to proceed to the confirmation screen. 
    
   
    
6. Click Book to confirm your time slot.
    

    

7. Agree to the Terms & Conditions, and then click OK.
    
   
    
8. You will receive a confirmation email once the booking is complete.
    

    

To Cancel a Booking

1. Log in to your SchoolsBuddy account.
2. Select the event for your child(ren).
3. Click Cancel booking on the appointment and then confirm.

Changing a Booking

Note: You must cancel your existing appointment before you can make a new one.

1. Log in to your SchoolsBuddy account. 
2. Go to Activities, Clubs & Bookings.
3. Select the event for your child(ren).
4. Expand your child’s name (+), then the event name (+).
5. Select the new appointment time and click OK.
