Sign-in in to SchoolsBuddy 

NOTE: If you do not have a SchoolsBuddy account please contact our ICT department (ict@ssis.edu.vn). You will not be able to schedule your appointments until your SchoolsBuddy account has been activated.

Appointment Booking 

1. Login to your SchoolsBuddy Account.  If you forgot your password click here to reset.
2. Click on Bookings Open (see below).

Click on Select under the desired event for your child(ren)

 

Click on the desired time slot to meet with the teacher

Click on Check Availability

Check the term and condition then OK

Finally, click on BOOK

When completed successfully an email will be sent you to confirming the booking.

 

Booking Cancellation

1. Click on Activities, Clubs & Bookings tab
2. Click on Select under the desired event for your child(ren)
3. Click on the Cancel booking of the desired booked appointment and click on the Cancel booking button again to confirm your selection

Change Appointment

Note: you must cancel the existing appointment first before making a new one.

1. Click on Activities, Clubs & Bookings tab
2. Click on Select under the desired event for your child(ren)
3. Click on the plus sign (+) on the child's name
4. Click on the plus sign (+) on the event name
5. Click on the new proposed appointment and click OK
