Elementary Season 3 ASA Registration

Dear EC-G5 Parents,

SSIS offers a wide range of After-School Activities (ASAs) for EC-Grade 5 students, including free teacher-led clubs and paid activities run by outside vendors. 

For Grades 3–5, the Athletics and ASA programs are combined into a single registration system in SchoolsBuddy. 

Season 2 Update: Please note that ASA Season 2 ends on Wednesday, February 11.

• February 12: Dragon Dance activity (no regular ASAs)
• February 13 - 24: Tet Break

ASA Season 3 Dates

Registration Opens: Wednesday, February 25, at 9:00 am

Registration Closes: Friday, February 27, at 4:00 pm

Season 3: March 9 - May 29, 2026

1. Before You Register

• Returning Parents: Log in to your existing SchoolsBuddy account (reset the password if needed).
• New Parents: Use the registration link emailed to you by SchoolsBuddy (check your spam folder if you haven’t received it) and add noreply@schoolsbuddy.com to your contacts.

2. How to Register

• Go to Activities, Clubs and Bookings.
• Select the ASAs (and, for Grades 3–5, the Athletics) your child is interested in.

3. Registration Timeline and Process

PHASE 1: February 25–27, 12:00 pm

• Make your ASA selections in SchoolsBuddy.
• You will receive an email indicating the ASAs you selected. However, your ASA choices are not final yet. 
• Final placements are randomized by SchoolsBuddy to ensure all students have fair access to the offerings. Most students get some of their choices, but not all of them.

PHASE 2: February 27 (evening) to March 2, 4:00 pm

• On the evening of February 27, you will receive your child’s approved ASA assignments by email (check your spam folder if you do not receive them).
• You can make additional ASA requests until 4:00 pm on Monday, March 2, by clicking “Ask to Join” in SchoolsBuddy.

4. Payment & New Enrollment Policy (For Paid ASAs Only:) 

ASA fees must be paid before the first ASA session to guarantee your child’s enrollment. If payment is not received by this time, your child’s placement cannot be guaranteed. Note: All fees include VAT and are non-refundable.

5. Transportation

Once you have received your final ASA placements, if you would like your child to ride the bus home after ASAs, please sign up here: Season 3: ASA Bus Sign-up Form. Please complete this sign up for bus service before March 3.
