(PTA) Sept 14: Family Fun Day—Just 2 Weeks Away!

Please join us for a day of community celebration at Family Fun Day! This event will be packed with games, music, sports, arts and crafts, and delicious food. From 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, SSIS families and guests can enjoy over 20 activities and explore a selection of bazaars and food hosted by around 20 external vendors.
Children will have a blast with activities like sand art, lantern making, face painting, a bouncy house, disc golf, archery, and more—some with prizes!
Also, don’t miss the ES artwork showcase. Encourage your child to create an original piece of art connected to the theme “Together We Grow” and submit it to their art teacher by Monday, September 9th.

This week, our Pilates Club kicked off with two smaller groups, giving everyone the chance to really focus on understanding and feeling their body movements, following the principles of Romana Pilates.
During the sessions, we concentrated on connecting our bodies and minds, becoming more aware of how we move and control our bodies. It was a great opportunity for us to learn more about our bodies while enjoying the exercises.
We also made sure to keep things light and fun—there were plenty of laughs, and everyone had a great time! As part of the experience, we have daily homework to help reinforce what we learned, and we’re excited to keep progressing together.
