ID Cards

For everyone's safety, SSIS ID cards must be used to enter and exit campus and worn visibly while on campus.

SSIS ID cards are also used to pay for lunch and snacks. See the Cafeteria page for how to add money to your child’s ID card. 

Students receive a new ID card when they start at SSIS and again when they move to a new division. 

Lost IDs

If your child loses their ID card, check the main security booth near the Gate 2 turnstiles. Lost or dropped ID cards will be displayed in the window.

Replacing a lost ID card

Replacing a lost or missing student ID card is now faster, cash-free, and more secure.

If a student does not present their SSIS ID card for five school days in a row (the days are rolling, not necessarily Monday-Friday), their ID card will be deactivated and a new card will be made. The ID card replacement fee (100,000 VND) will be billed monthly to the parent or guardian via invoice. Learn more here.
