G9 HS Academic Pathways Presentation – Nov 11
Elisia Brodeur

Dear Parents and Guardians of Grade 9 Students,

As High School Principal, it is my pleasure to share with you an upcoming opportunity to learn about the academic program offered at the high school. On Tuesday, November 11, at 6:00 pm in the Auditorium, you and your child are invited to an important information session about the academic pathway options (AP, IB, SSIS courses) available to your children in their upcoming years of high school.

As one of the few schools in Ho Chi Minh City to offer both Advanced Placement (AP) courses and the full International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP), as well as our own wide selection of SSIS courses, our students have unique opportunities to develop their interests and passions in preparation for their best-fit universities anywhere in the world.

This critical session will introduce each of our academic opportunities, ensuring students are prepared to make the best, most informed course selections for the upcoming school year. Students will make their course selections for the 2026-2027 school year in February.

For families who attended this session last year, much of the information will be familiar, but there may be some updates and new details relevant to your child’s upcoming course selections. For our new Grade 9 families, this presentation will provide a comprehensive introduction to the academic programs available in high school.

All Grade 9 parents are welcome to attend this session to ensure you have the most up-to-date information to support your child in making informed course choices for the coming school year.

Sincerely,

Mr. Dan Smith
High School Principal
