[G6-12] How to Access Your Child’s Report Card on PowerSchool

Dear Middle and High School Parents,

We hope this message finds you well. 

To ensure the protection of your child’s personal data, SSIS has updated our privacy policy. As part of these changes, we will no longer be emailing your child’s progress report to you to safeguard against the possibility of sending incorrect information.

Instead, we kindly ask that you log into PowerSchool to access and download your child’s progress report, starting at 4:00 pm on Wednesday, October 9. This ensures that you are receiving the correct and most up-to-date information directly from our secure system. Please see the instructions below to see where to find your child’s progress report on PowerSchool.

If you have any questions or need help with PowerSchool, please visit our new IT Office in the HS Building, Room 212, or call us during school hours: 028 5413-0901. 

How to Access Your Child’s Progress Report on PowerSchool

Log in to your PowerSchool account.

  1. In the Navigation panel on the left, click Student Information. (See box 1 below.) 
  2. Select the Reports tab on the far right. (See box 2 below.)
  3. Click Progress Report to open and download your child’s report.

Here's everything parents and students need to know about the end-of-semester assessments! December 4 - 9 is Reading Week when students will complete project-based assessments and review for assessments. Exam Week is December 10-13. December 16-18 will be for make-up exams, reflection, and setting goals for the next semester.

Grade 10 parents and students are invited to a comprehensive information session about the  International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) on Tuesday, November 5 at 6:00 pm in the Auditorium. The IBDP is a two-year academic pathway available to students entering Grade 11. Learn about the program's unique features and hear from IB teachers and current students as they share their experiences and insights.
