Our school uses Magnus Health for all student health matters. Our campus has three Health Offices and 5 full-time registered nurses (RNs). All are overseen by our Health Office Manager.
In the unlikely event of a serious injury or illness, a nurse will contact you or your child’s guardian so your child can be taken to a medical center or hospital for further evaluation. The costs for any emergency treatment and/or transportation are the parents’ responsibility.

SSIS also subscribes to the International SOS Campus Resilience Program. This service is available to all SSIS students.
Available services include emergency and routine medical advice, travel information, medical referrals, and emergency emotional support. Emotional support includes short-term solution-focused therapy with a mental health counselor for up to five sessions per incident per school year, free of charge.
