Dear Elementary Parents,

We hope your family has enjoyed the summer months and that your children are eager for the start of school. We can’t wait to welcome them, and you, to the 2025 - 2026 school year! 

You will receive your child’s class assignment (who their teacher will be) by email on Friday, August 8, at 5:00 pm. 

School Start Dates

Early Childhood (EC) and Kindergarten

For EC and Kindergarten students, the school start date is staggered between August 12 - 15. Next week, we will email your child’s specific start date and details about the orientation process.

Grades 1 - 5

All students in grades 1 - 5 will begin the school year with orientation on Tuesday, August 12. The orientation sessions are organized by students’ last names. Next week, we will send an email with details about the new school year orientation.

[AS] Important: January Student Health Checks

Mandatory school health checks will be conducted to ensure safety during school activities, per Ministry of Health regulations. Students will be screened for height, weight, and BMI. Here are the relevant dates for Elementary, Middle, and High School.

KG–5 Season 2 ASA Registration Opens Nov 10

Season 2 ASAs (November 24 – February 11) registration via SchoolsBuddy starts Monday, November 10, at 9:00 am. Please review the available options and follow the two-phase process to select clubs and athletics for your child.
