Dear ES Parents,
We’ve had so much fun welcoming your children during Orientation Day and the first days of school! Now we’re excited to share more details about how we teach and learn here at SSIS.
Please join us for Curriculum Night on Thursday, August 21, to meet your child’s homeroom and specialist teachers and learn about what and how your children will be learning at school this year. We encourage all parents and guardians to attend.

* Note: If you have more than one child in the elementary school, you only need to attend the
“ES Curriculum Overview” presentation once during the evening.

Mandatory school health checks will be conducted to ensure safety during school activities, per Ministry of Health regulations. Students will be screened for height, weight, and BMI. Here are the relevant dates for Elementary, Middle, and High School.
Season 2 ASAs (November 24 – February 11) registration via SchoolsBuddy starts Monday, November 10, at 9:00 am. Please review the available options and follow the two-phase process to select clubs and athletics for your child.
Sign-ups for your child's parent-teacher conference (on October 16 or 17) open September 25. During your 20-minute meeting, you will review academic and social progress, set goals, and discuss how to support your child. Click for details.
