To top up your child’s meal balance, log in to The Caterers website with your child’s SSIS student ID number (found on their SSIS ID card). You can pay by bank transfer:

• Account: 060148546161
• Bank: SACOMBANK - Dien Bien Phu Branch
• Account Name in Vietnamese: Công ty TNHH Cung Cap Thuc Pham
• For the reference: SSIS + student’s ID number + student’s full name

ID cards can also be topped up with cash on campus at the kiosk (HS) or at the SSIS Cafe.

To use The Caterers website for the first time click here: https://thecaterersportal.com/ssis/Login

• Enter the user name: Your child’s school ID number
• Enter the password: TCtest@123. [This is a temporary password]
• Follow the instructions to change your password.

• EC and KG and, this school year, students in Grades 1 - 3, eat a set lunch. Parents must place their child's lunch order on The Caterers website.* You may choose between Asian, Western, or vegetarian options.
• Grades 4 - 8 At the temporary food stations at the Plaza, students in grades 4 - 8 can choose from a set lunch option (Asian, Western, or vegetarian), an international dish from the hot plate, a bowl of soup, or create a made-to-order sandwich or salad. 
• Grades 9 - 12 At the kiosk, students can choose stir-fried noodles from the wok station or get a bowl of noodle-based soup. Asian, Western, and vegetarian lunch options are also available as well as made-to-order sandwiches and salads. Healthy juices and smoothies are also available.

*Monthly lunch orders should be placed by the 25th of each month. You will receive an email confirmation of your order. If you miss the order deadline, your order can be changed but only one time. Contact The Caterers coordinator, Ms. Oanh (oanh.nguyen@thecaterers.vn or 076 588 9638).
 

Any allergy information should be recorded in the Health Form that all parents must complete at the beginning of each school year. If you need to make any changes to this information, please contact your child’s divisional nurse.

• EC and KG students have lunch delivered to their classrooms.
• This year, Grades 1 - 3 will have their lunches delivered to their classrooms. Please be sure to pre-order your child's lunch by the 25th of each month. 
• Grades 4 - 8 choose their lunch options from one of the temporary food stations in the Plaza.
• Grades 9 - 12 eat at the Kiosk next to the HS library.

The SSIS Cafe, near the pick up/drop off area, is open from 7:30 am - 4:30 pm on school days. The Cafe sells a selection of fresh juices, smoothies, coffee, tea, and light snacks.
