Leadership & Teachers
Our teachers’ expertise and passion bring our classrooms alive and inspire our students to take risks and strive to reach their highest potential.
Widely recognized as experienced masters of their craft, our teachers are known for the individual time and devotion they dedicate to each student. Outside of the classroom, teachers coach and lead after-school activities, further strengthening the bond with students.
On average, our teachers have 16+ years of experience and over 70% of our teachers hold advanced degrees. Many are thought-leaders in their field, and are often invited to present at conferences throughout the region. All of our teachers are invested in actively developing their abilities as educators and mentors through professional development each year. They are proud of their responsibility as role models to our students, eagerly employing a growth mindset.
