Our School

Inspiring collaboration and ideas, our lush 6-hectar campus provides ample space for students in all three of our divisions. 

With bright, modern classrooms and expansive outdoor spaces, our students experience the entire campus as their classroom. These opportunities will be further expanded in 2024 with the addition of two new buildings.

Whether students are browsing books in one of our three libraries, stocked with nearly 30,000 titles, or bringing concepts to life in one of our divisional maker space and design labs - each part of our campus inspires learning, collaboration, and growth.

Of course the best way to experience our campus is to visit and see for yourself!

A Culture of Making

A state-of-the-art IDEA Center and Design Lab give students room to explore, create, and innovate using the latest technology.

Maker Spaces in each division promote design-thinking from an early age and give students the room to develop new ideas and creations.

The HS IDEA center houses 3D printers, CNC machines, industrial laser and water cutters, a 3D scanner, and more.

In the Spark Lab, ES students access robotics, coding, circuitry, physical computing, AR/VR, and multimedia.

Athletics Facilities

Indoors, two air-conditioned gyms with three full courts for basketball and volleyball, a brand new fitness studio, and a six-lane pool provide ample opportunity for students to train for the citywide and regional leagues that SSIS competes in.

And outdoors, you will find three full soccer fields with stadium lighting so that games don’t have to stop at sunset.

Our outdoor spaces are not just for sports. With learning gardens, covered playgrounds, and outdoor classrooms, students can study and play in a healthy and natural environment without leaving the school gates.

A Library in Each Division

Combined, our three divisional libraries hold more than 25,000 physical books, and our quickly growing online catalog has more than 4,500 titles in multiple languages!

Our full-time librarians collaborate closely with classroom teachers to provide support for students with research papers and more. Our libraries also provide students with a quiet place to study, collaborate, or play games and socialize with friends.

Art Studios

Guided by our creative art teachers, students' creativity flows in our five art classrooms. Their artwork is proudly displayed throughout our hallways and in various on-campus art shows during the school year.
