SSIS Girls' and Boys' Volleyball Teams Win MRISA Tournament!

Spirits are still on top in the High School hallways, in celebration of the recent MRISA Volleyball victories. Yes, that is “victories,” as in plural!

At this year’s MRISA Volleyball Tournament, both the SSIS Girls’ Volleyball Team and the SSIS Boys’ Volleyball Team won over ISPP (International School of Phnom Penh), in the finals, giving SSIS twice as much to cheer about!

For the Girls’ Volleyball Team, the victory may have been extra sweet, since almost half of the players are Seniors who have played together since 7th grade. Back in 2015, it was were more about just getting the ball over the net. they have come a long way to their first-place victory. What a way to celebrate the many years of hard work they have put in growing their skills and refining their techniques.
