PTA Dues Policy

This statement is to be read in conjunction with SSIS PTA Mission Statement and By-Laws

PTA Dues:
PTA Dues amount is 600,000 VND per family for the academic year 2009/10. The PTA Dues are used to support many activities and projects throughout the entire academic year.
This amount is fixed regardless of date of student enrollment and is non-refundable.

PTA Budget:
All PTA funds raised through dues support programs, projects and events that benefit SSIS students, teachers and the SSIS community. Annual PTA dues collected provide the PTA budget for the school year. It is the responsibility of the PTA Board to maintain a balanced budget for any academic year. Treasurer’s Reports are published on the PTA bulletin board, SSIS website and presented at each PTA Board meeting.
Any queries on the budget can be raised during the board meetings.

Benefits:
Each family receives 1 SSIS Calendar.
Each family receives 1 yearbook.
Each family supports the programs, projects and events that benefit every SSIS student.

Mode of Payment:
PTA Dues Invoice will be sent out with the SSIS tuition and bus fees invoice.
PTA Dues collection will take place:
       Date: August 12th-14th and August 17th-18th
       Time: 7:45- 8:15am. and 2:45-3:15pm
       Location: near Admissions Office
PTA dues may also be paid with bus payment fees to Ms. Trang in the Business Office.
